While there are many people who would kill to have a pear shaped body, for many people who have them, they would do just about anything to get rid of pear shaped body. Another great way to feel more comfortable and confident in your shape is to wear things that compliment your shape. To hide a pear shaped body, you can stick to wearing dark colors on the bottom part of your body; typically sticking with one color is best. Lighter colors are fine for the top portion of your body. If you go with horizontal stripes on your shirt, it will appear that you have wider shoulders and smaller hips.

According to a study by Doctor Kerrin Small, a genomics research from King’s College, a genetic predisposition towards a pear shaped figure also significantly lessens the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Carry Yourself With Confidence

Remember, everyone is different and so it’s important to try to look and feel your best without trying to look like someone else. It’s not possible to be exactly like anyone else because genetics have a lot to do with the way we look.

Never change how you look for anyone else. At the end of the day, all that matters is that you are happy with your body and who you are as a person.
