Kidney stones, also known as ‘Renal Calculus’ are small calcifications that occur due to the presence of unabsorbed minerals in urine. This painful condition, unfortunately, has become a common occurrence amongst the populace today. There are two types of kidney stones. Likewise in case of kidney stones, the intake of meat should be limited; otherwise it will lead to the formation of kidney stones as meat contains high amounts of animal protein. Intake of too much animal protein is not good for health, with or without kidney stones.
Eggs are also high in animal protein. When a person is suffering from kidney stones or is in the first stage of the formation of kidney stones, doctors recommend that eggs be taken out of the diet till the problem is resolved. Eggs aggregate the formation of kidney stones, thus making the person suffer terribly!
Spinach is a green vegetable which is very healthy for the body but in case of kidney stones, it surprisingly is not!
